- 15 Days: Get familiar with your Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Checklist so you can know what to look for during your PDI
- 7 Days: Your PDI is a chance to get to know your home and how it works so don’t be afraid to ask a lot of questions
- 2–5 Days: Sign all final paperwork with your lawyer 2–5 days prior to closing
- Moving Day: Closing day is the day you take legal possession of your home
